The best way that I know of is to use a Reverse Osmosis Filter. These can be a small inline filter cartridge, an under-bench unit for your kitchen water or a larger whole house unit that will take it out of your shower, laundry and garden water as well.

One problem with this is that these units will also remove all minerals from your water. Ensure that the unit you install also reinserts the minerals back in.

I understand that this site is world-wide and I cannot give recommendations all over the world, as to where to buy these units. There are also other ways of removing the fluoride, and I strongly recommend that you call a variety of suppliers and make sure that whatever filtration system you install will remove fluoride. Most will remove many other toxic components but leave the fluoride in. This is not what you need.

I am happy to recommend one place in Sydney, Australia. This is where I purchased my filter, and the service and equipment are second to none. This is NOT a paid advertisement, as I do not accept any advertising on this site. It is a recommendation based on years of communication and years of great service.
